Well Rounded. This is the best way to sum up Diane’s real estate background. She has been in the industry for nearly 20 years. A client described her experience this way; “She was an invaluable resource to us because she knew all aspects of the business from the loans, to the market, to the negotiations to the closing.”
Diane started as a Loan Processor for a mortgage company in Bowie, MD. She loved the fast-paced nature of the mortgage lending and quickly became a Loan Officer for the same company. Her involvement with Realtors and the general public fueled her enthusiasm and drive to sell real estate.
So after learning how to structure financing options to best suit the client and help them to achieve their goals, she wanted to actually assist the client with buying a home.
In the 90’s, Diane decided to sell real estate with a national builder. She fell in love! She was recognized throughout her entire selling career, winning awards such as Rookie of the year, Salesperson of the quarter (multiple times), Most Valuable Player, National Home Builder Association Salesperson of the year and the coveted Burgundy Club (achieved by the top 10% of the salespeople of the company). Although it was an honor to receive the recognition and the sense of accomplishment that such recognition brings, Diane was most proud of what she did for each of the people that she served. “I always took it very seriously that people work their entire lives to find a home that suits them. I am honored and thankful that each client chose me to help them to achieve that goal.”
Diane continued to excel and was afforded promotion after promotion. She was the Manager of Sales Training for the East Coast placed in charge of training the sales team for the builder. She was delighted to watch a new salesperson grow and develop and become a shining star within the company. She then accepted a position as a Sales Manager overseeing the sales team to achieve the company’s sales goals. Managing a successful team of 15-20 sales people was exciting and challenging. The company had demanding sales plans and Diane was able to achieve each goal set before her. She was committed and driven to achieve the sales plan and her “can do” attitude is what helped her to meet these goals.
Diane’s background and experience has led her to be one of the top Real Estate Agents in the area. She focuses on “being good to her clients and the results simply come”. She understands the uniqueness in each individual and takes the time to listen and learn to what is important to them. She prepares a customized plan to help her clients achieve their goals. She is a problem solver and a solution-oriented salesperson. She continues to push and push to make her clients’ experience throughout the sales process a great one. She found her calling at a very young age and is committed to making things happen.
Personally, Diane is a fun, energetic lover of life. You can find her on the Chesapeake Bay enjoying her favorite pastime – boating. She recognizes the demanding lifestyle of real estate and balances it out by quietly reflecting on what life offers. She loves to watch and listen to birds, ducks, and her favorite – blue heron. She enjoys traveling and learning and appreciating different cultures and lifestyles. In the winter, she will be found in front of a fire reading any one of her favorite books. She subscribes to the “Life is Good” concept!


Andrea joins the Donnelly Group with over 13 years experience in the real estate industry. She has an extensive background in new construction and has held positions as a Sales and Marketing Representative and Division Sales Manager with a national builder. Most recently, she held a position as Director of Sales and Marketing for a local builder on the eastern shore.
Andrea is excited to be working directly with customers again. During her tenure as a Sales and Marketing Representative, Andrea won numerous sales awards but most notable was the top sales award in the company not only because of her sales volume but also because of her commitment to customer service. She believes understanding customer needs and setting proper expectations are the keys in keeping her customers happy. Andrea will focus primarily on buyer representation in Anne Arundel County and the eastern shore of Maryland while growing builder business for The Donnelly Group.
Andrea was born and raised in Bordentown, NJ. She attended the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT where she earned a B.S. degree in Marketing. She relocated to Maryland in 1997 and has resided in Anne Arundel County for the last 12 years. In her spare time you will find Andrea boating or enjoying some down time at the beach with her dogs, Jack and Jill.


Michelle joins the Donnelly Group as a buyer’s agent, eager and ready to assist buyers in their home purchasing decision. Michelle is extremely enthusiastic about this opportunity to help people make one of the most exciting decisions of their lives!
The bulk of Michelle’s experience lies in new construction as a Sales and Marketing Representative for a national homebuilder. During her career as a Sales and Marketing Representative, Michelle developed an understanding for the entire process of purchasing a home from building materials and inspections to mortgages and settlements. Additionally, she was able to learn that the most important aspect of Real Estate is customer service. Michelle was able to maintain a 100% rating for customer service by keeping her customers’ needs at the forefront during all aspects of the buying process. Michelle was also awarded Rookie of Year during her first year with the company and was among the top 10% of sales representatives at one of the top National Builders in the country!
Michelle is an Eastern Shore native, born and raised in Cambridge, MD. She attended the University of Maryland in College Park, MD where she graduated at the top of her class with a double degree in Marketing and Finance which has prepared her to specifically target the needs of buyers, developing the most beneficial purchasing decision.
Michelle currently resides in Stevensville, MD with her fiancé, John. During her down time, Michelle can be found enjoying the views of the bay at Matapeake Beach or playing catch with her dog, Jack, at the local dog park!


Valarie is an integral member of the team. Whether you are buying or selling, Valarie is there every step of the way to guide you and ensure that the closing of your property is as trouble free as possible. With more than four years of real estate experience, Valarie understands that moving can be stressful, so she helps to coordinate the many necessary details and paperwork involved in the sale and is always available if you have questions or concerns. She works with the cooperating agents, title companies, lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, etc, and as a licensed agent, she has a thorough knowledge of the entire real estate process.

Tracey brings an extensive background in marketing, graphic and website design to round out our Team. In addition to running her own web design company for 10 years, Tracey has held positions designing and managing ecommerce websites for major retail companies. As the Donnelly Group’s Marketing and Technology Specialist, Tracey manages the Team’s websites and internet marketing programs, monitors their performance, and is responsible for ongoing research to keep our online marketing and communications on the cutting edge.
Tracey is thrilled to have the opportunity to combine her design and technical experience with her long-standing interest in the real estate industry. As a licensed real estate agent, Tracey works directly with the Team’s rental clients, specializing in addressing the short term needs of our buying and selling clients as well as the increasing number of relocations to the area.
Born and raised in Charlottesville, Va, Tracey is a graduate of the University of Virginia, earning a BS in Education. After 9 years living in the Denver/Boulder area, Tracey returned to the East Coast to make the Maryland Chesapeake Bay area her home. In her spare time, she pursues her interest in art and her love of cooking.”
